MSG / Trust
Trust engineered into delivery.
Credibility is a strategic asset. These are the standards MSG holds itself to across marketing, proposals, and capability materials — the same discipline government customers expect from any serious contractor.
Claims discipline principles
The evidence rule
Every material technical or performance claim is checked against current registration, personnel, customer, contract, or written partner evidence before external use. Draft narrative remains unverified until its source and permitted attribution are confirmed.
Registration and certification status
SAM.gov is active for All Awards under UEI ENX6JWR1AKS6 and CAGE 24BH8 through August 16, 2027. SBA socioeconomic certifications are not claimed unless and until formally approved.
Past performance boundary
Military and DoD work performed by MSG leadership prior to founding the company is labeled key personnel experience or leadership experience — never presented as MSG corporate past performance.
Forecasts are labeled
Any financial or growth figure MSG publishes is identified as an actual, a forecast, or a strategic goal. Business-plan projections are planning targets, not results and not guarantees.
Responsible AI
AI that earns operational trust.
MSG applies AI as an enabling capability inside its technology and data divisions — built into real workflows, not marketed as a standalone platform. Every use case is governed, monitored, and reviewed before it touches a mission outcome.
- A specific mission problem and a defined success measure
- Authorized, governed, and monitored data
- Human review and a safe fallback path
- Logging, evaluation, and change control
- An evidence-supported decision to stop, revise, contain, or scale
