The D3xx PSC block is retired — stop citing it
A surprising number of small-business capability statements still list D302, D306, D307, D308, D310, D316, or D399. That entire legacy IT and Telecom numbering block was end-dated 29 October 2020 and superseded by the IT Tower codes: DA01 for application development support, DJ01 for security and compliance support, and DF01 for IT management support. Citing a retired code signals to a contracting officer that a vendor's registration data has not been touched in five years. MSG publishes the current 14-code PSC set and nothing else.
September 2026 · Technology
Data intelligence and AI, applied with discipline
MSG's Data Intelligence & Automation Solutions division builds dashboards, analytics pipelines, and workflow automation, with AI readiness assessments and bounded implementation consulting layered in where they create measurable value. Technology, security, logistics, and mission are the four pillars every division's work rolls up into — the same identity behind MSG's tagline, built to outlast any single technology trend.
September 2026 · Certification
Registration active; certification claims controlled
MSG is active in SAM.gov for All Awards under UEI ENX6JWR1AKS6 and CAGE 24BH8. Socioeconomic certifications are treated as controlled status fields and are never claimed before formal approval appears in the authoritative government record.
September 2026 · Delivery
Built to compete as prime, strengthened by the right partners
MSG is structured to lead delivery as a prime contractor across technology, cybersecurity, data intelligence, mission support, and logistics. Where a specific requirement calls for additional depth or past-performance coverage, MSG brings in teaming partners and subcontractors under clearly defined scope boundaries and a single named interface owner on each side — a strategic tool for strengthening a bid, not a starting posture.
